8Want to tweak it? Open it in Canva
Download your cover, open Canva, then drag the file onto your page. Want to change the words in Canva? Grab the text-free version and add your own text on top.
Tip: paste the link to your own Canva design so the button always opens it. We'll remember it on this device.
9Your cover post copy
Your cover is a post. When someone taps it, Facebook shows this description. Most schools leave it blank. Don't. This is where your link does the heavy lifting.
10Put it live in 5 minutes
- Download your cover using the orange button above. It's already the perfect size (1640 x 924).
- Go to your Facebook Page, click the camera icon on your cover and choose Upload photo. Save it without dragging it about.
- Click your new cover to open it as a post, then choose Edit and paste in your post copy with your link.
- Check it on your phone. Your headline and button should be easy to read, with nothing hidden behind your profile picture.
- Match your Page button (Book Now, Sign Up or Send Message) to the same offer, so every route leads to one place.
- Swap it every 4 to 6 weeks. Each new cover is a fresh post in your followers' feeds, which means free reach for your newest offer.
Your cover is step one. Want the whole system?
A great cover gets attention. The follow-up turns that attention into enrolments. Inside Budo Marketeers I show martial arts school owners exactly how to build the landing pages, automations and follow-up that fill classes without relying on paid ads.
